Terms of Use – Agencies

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Agency Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Loccor platform by any partner rental agency (hereinafter "the Agency"). By confirming registration, the Agency unconditionally accepts these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: the Loccor website and mobile application.
  • Agency: any company registered on Loccor as a vehicle rental provider.
  • Client: any individual user making a booking via Loccor.
  • Deposit: 20% of the total booking amount collected online by Loccor as a booking guarantee.

3. Registration Requirements

To register on Loccor, the Agency must:

  • Provide a valid Business Registration (RC).
  • Provide a valid Operating Licence (AE).
  • Accurately describe its vehicle fleet (brand, model, year, condition).
  • Provide real and up-to-date contact details.

Any false declaration results in immediate account suspension.

4. Obligations to Clients

  • Honour all bookings confirmed by Loccor.
  • Respect a minimum 48h notice for agency cancellations before pickup.
  • Not cancel bookings last minute without serious and justified reason.
  • Provide a vehicle matching the published description (brand, model, year, condition).
  • For Flexible bookings: communicate real contact details to the Client 24h before the scheduled pickup date.

5. Commission and Deposit System

Loccor collects a 20% deposit of the total amount from the Client online, as a booking guarantee. The balance (80%) is paid directly to the Agency upon vehicle handover.

Loccor's commission (amount retained by Loccor) is 5% of the total booking amount. The remainder is paid out to the Agency. This is the rate in force today; each booking keeps the rate applicable when it was confirmed.

Rate parity. The Agency remains free to set its prices. It undertakes, however, not to offer a lower rate than the one displayed on Loccor for the same vehicle and the same dates — whether directly, by telephone or through any other channel. This commitment guarantees the Client that booking on Loccor never costs more, which is the counterpart of the visibility the Agency receives.

6. Prohibited Practices

  • Contacting Clients outside the platform to bypass the commission system.
  • Publishing listings for fictitious or unavailable vehicles.
  • Demanding additional payments from Clients not covered by the contract.
  • Discriminating against Clients on unlawful grounds.

Any violation results in immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal proceedings and claims for damages.

7. Dispute Management

In case of dispute with a Client, the Agency must respond to any request from Loccor within 48 hours. Loccor reserves the right to refund the deposit to the Client in case of proven Agency default. Unresolved disputes will be brought before the competent Moroccan courts.

8. Agency Liability

The Agency is solely responsible for the vehicle provided, the rental conditions applied and compliance with applicable regulations (insurance, technical inspection, etc.). Loccor cannot be held liable for the Agency's acts or omissions.

9. Termination

Loccor reserves the right to terminate the partnership with an Agency at any time for non-compliance with these Terms, with 7 days' notice, except in cases of serious breach (fraud, repeated unjustified cancellations), which result in immediate termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent Moroccan courts.
