Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Loccor, booking and payments.

How do I book a car on Loccor?

Search for a vehicle by entering your city and dates, pick the car that suits you, fill in your personal details and choose your payment method. A deposit is paid online to confirm the booking, and the balance is paid to the agency at pick-up.

Can I cancel my booking?

It depends on your plan. Flexible: full deposit refund if you cancel more than 72h before pickup. Standard: the deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. See our Terms of Sale for details.

How do I change my booking?

To change a booking, contact us on WhatsApp or by email at contact@loccor.com, quoting your booking code (e.g. LOC-XXXXX).

Which payment methods are accepted?

Loccor accepts bank cards (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer, Wafacash and Cash Plus. The deposit is paid online, the balance directly to the agency.

Is payment secure?

Yes, every transaction is secured. Loccor never accesses your banking details directly — payments go through certified providers.

How do I create a customer account?

Click "Sign up" at the top of the page, enter your name, email and password, accept the terms and click Sign up. Your account is created instantly.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

On the login page, click "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link.

How do I become a partner agency?

Go to the “Become a Partner” page, click “Create my agency account” and follow the steps: agency details, then your national ID card and Operating Licence. Your application is reviewed before your vehicles go live.

Are the agencies verified?

Yes. Every agency is approved by Loccor before going live. Agencies that sign up provide their ID and trading licence; those we invite are already known to our team.

What if I have a problem with the agency?

Contact us immediately at contact@loccor.com or on WhatsApp. Loccor acts as a mediator between the customer and the agency in the event of a dispute.
