Terms of Use – Clients

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the Loccor platform by any client user (hereinafter "the Client"). By creating an account or making a booking, the Client unconditionally accepts these ToU.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: the Loccor website and mobile application.
  • Client: any individual using the platform to book a vehicle.
  • Agency: any partner car rental agency listed on Loccor.
  • Standard Booking: regular-price plan; deposit non-refundable on cancellation.
  • Flexible Booking: plan priced 15% higher, allowing free cancellation up to 72h before pickup.

3. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.
  • Have a valid payment method.

4. Booking Process and Payment

A deposit is required online to confirm the booking: 20% of the rental price and 50% of any options chosen (insurance, child seat, additional driver…). The balance — 80% of the rental and 50% of the options — is paid directly at the agency upon vehicle pickup. A unique booking code (format LOC-XXXXX) is sent by email to the Client.

For Flexible bookings, agency contact details are provided 24h before the pickup date.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Booking: the 20% deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • Flexible Booking: free cancellation up to 72h before the pickup date. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

6. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate information (identity, licence, contact details).
  • Attend the agency at the agreed times with the booking code, driving licence and valid ID.
  • Comply with the partner agency's general rental conditions.

7. Prohibited Practices

  • Booking without intent to rent the vehicle.
  • Creating multiple accounts or using false identities.
  • Initiating chargebacks without legitimate reason.
  • Any attempt at fraud or identity theft.

Any violation results in immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal proceedings.

8. Liability

Loccor acts as an intermediary. Loccor's liability is limited to the deposit amount received. The rental contract is concluded directly between the Client and the partner agency.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, the Client is invited to contact Loccor via the contact form. Loccor commits to processing any claim within 5 business days. In the absence of an amicable solution, the competent Moroccan courts shall have jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law

These ToU are governed by Moroccan law. Any clause declared null shall be deemed unwritten, without affecting other provisions.
