Every agency is admitted by Loccor before it appears on the site: we know who they are, where they are and how to reach them. Depending on the case, we ask for supporting documents. A file that does not convince us is not published — and if something goes wrong, we remain your point of contact.

The full price, before you pay

Rental total, deposit, service fee, balance due at the agency: everything is displayed line by line before payment. The price you book is the price you pay.

Deposit, excess and mileage visible

Every vehicle page shows the security deposit, the damage excess and the mileage policy — the three touchy questions, settled before you book.

Free cancellation, as an option

Plans changed? With the Flexible option (+15% on the rental) you cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before pick-up and your deposit is refunded in full. With the Standard option the deposit is non-refundable. You choose when booking, before any payment.

Secure online payment — deposit only

You only pay the deposit online, by card or PayPal. The balance is paid at the agency when you collect the keys. No bank details ever pass through Loccor.

How we select an agency

The agency gives us its identity, address and contact details — and, depending on the case, its supporting documents. Loccor reviews the file before anything goes live.

A member of the Loccor team approves every file by hand: no agency is published automatically.

The agency signs the Loccor partner contract: displayed prices honoured, transparent conditions, cancellation rules.
