Checks and disputes

Loccor connects travellers with Moroccan agencies. Here is exactly what we check, what we cannot promise, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Who the agency is

Real name, city, address and a way to reach them. We know who is behind each listing and we can contact them directly.

A human approval

Every file is reviewed by hand by the Loccor team. No agency is published automatically, and a file that does not convince us stays offline.

A signed contract

Before publishing a vehicle, the agency signs the partner contract: displayed prices honoured, transparent conditions, cancellation rules. That contract is what lets us step in.

What this does not guarantee

We would rather tell you here than let you find out at the counter.

Loccor does not own the vehicles and does not deliver them to you: the vehicle’s condition, servicing and insurance are the agency’s responsibility.

A check at sign-up says nothing about what happens six months later. That is why reviews and booking history matter as much as the initial file.

The deposit, excess and fuel rules are set by the agency. They are shown on every listing before payment — read them, they differ from one agency to another.

The vehicle check, your best protection

Loccor provides a vehicle check at pick-up and at return: photos, date, mileage, fuel level, interior and exterior condition. These are time-stamped and kept — they are what settles a disagreement over damage.

Take the time to do it with the agent, and photograph existing scratches yourself before you leave. Five minutes at pick-up prevents most disputes at return.

How a dispute is handled

You report the problem

Through your account’s messaging, by email or on WhatsApp. Give your booking code: it opens the whole file for us.

We gather the evidence

Pick-up and return checks, rental contract, message history, payments. Everything is time-stamped server-side and cannot be altered afterwards.

We hear both sides

The agency is contacted and gives its version. We never decide on one party’s word alone.

We decide and get back to you

You receive the decision and the reason for it. If the agency is at fault, Loccor acts on the partner contract — up to removing it from the platform if needed.

Loccor is neither a court nor an insurer: we arbitrate what relates to the booking and the partner contract. An insurance claim or an accident is settled with the vehicle’s insurer.
