Add a vehicle to my fleet
Open your agency dashboard, go to the “My Fleet” tab, then click on “Add a vehicle”. The form opens on the “Information” section.
Choose the “Brand”, then the “Model” from the catalogue. The “Category” is then set by the model and the catalogue photo is automatically applied. Model missing from the catalogue? Write to contact@loccor.com — we’ll add it quickly.
Fill in the “Year”, the “Transmission”, the “Fuel”, the number of “Seats” and “Doors”. In “Equipment & finish”, choose the “Colour” and, if applicable, a sport trim or a panoramic roof.
Check the “Vehicle city” in the “Location” section: this is your agency city by default. If the car is based elsewhere, choose the closest official city so it appears in the right search results.
In “Pricing”, enter the “Price per day (DH)” and, if you wish, a “Promotion (%)”. The “Lower rate for longer rentals” grants a lower price per day from a certain number of days: add as many tiers as necessary, each below the base price.
Set a “Minimum rental period” only if you want more than the Loccor minimum: 3 days for all cars, 5 for Luxury. A shorter request will be refused.
In “Security deposit”, indicate the amount, or leave empty if it varies: the customer will read “amount confirmed at the counter”. You can also remove the deposit from a certain age, and specify an excess.
If needed, complete the “Mileage” (kilometres included per day, price per extra kilometre) and the “Perks offered to the customer”: free delivery from a certain number of days, free baby seat, free motorway pass.
Click on “Add” to save the vehicle.
If your agency is already validated by Loccor, the vehicle is published immediately and visible to customers. If it is still pending validation, the vehicle waits too: it appears as soon as your agency is validated. The deposit and extra kilometres are settled directly between you and the customer; Loccor does not invoice them.
