Carry out a vehicle inspection

Dashboard → “Bookings” tab.

On a confirmed booking, open the inspection.

Record the condition at departure, then on the vehicle’s return.

This is your evidence in the event of a dispute over damage. An inspection done at BOTH departure and return is worth far more than an argument after the fact.
