In Morocco, commercial regulations mandate that all legal rental vehicles carry third-party liability insurance. On Loccor, this coverage is included with every vehicle listed. Loccor does not insure anyone itself: additional cover is purchased from the partner agency.

It covers property damage and bodily injury caused to third parties (other drivers, pedestrians, passengers) if you are at fault. However, it does not pay for repairs to your rented vehicle if you caused the collision.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) caps your financial responsibility to a predetermined maximum amount called the deductible.

If an accident occurs where you are at fault or a minor parking scrape is sustained, you do not pay for total vehicle replacement. The agency only retains the actual repair cost up to your contract deductible limit.

Glass breakage, tires, and undercarriage: standard exclusions

Standard rental policies generally exclude flat tires, rim scuffs, and windshield stone chips caused by gravel on mountain roads.
